“The packag we got was the most expensive one with transportation included and drinks witch had local alcohol but the biggest complain how cold it was on the second floor of the Yatch, the I the 3 floors had heatllamps all over with made those floors very comfortable and warm, for the first 3 hours they gave us table cloths to put over our shoulders and hours later they brought a heat lamp from upstairs, of course not enough but helped a bit, I was cold and didn't not have a good time, my feet where very cold and they got numb, over 600 usd for our new years eve…”

“We really enjoyed the tour. We had fun times on the boat. We didn't run out of drinks during the tour, whenever we asked for new drinks (and we drank a lot). An observation to be made is that the drink was not cold. Actually we can't find cold drinks anywhere in istanbul, unfortunately. We didn't eat the starter meal because they were already laid out on the table when we got on the boat and the internal temperature at the beginning was really hot, so we preferred to avoid it. “Transportation promised to do hotel pickup but wr actually had to walk to a nearby bus station and join a hot and crowded bus. The cruise was OK but alot of confusion about what pkge we purchased. The servers brought our appetizers out last they said because we were "silver" even though I showed them my ticked said gold, she didn't speak much English. Our table was close to the dance floor so it turned out OK in the end. I would not recommend this company.”

“So i booked cruise dinner and paid in advance,driver didn’t picked me up from my location and wasn’t responding to my call or text for half an hour.I contacted Coustmer service and then they picked me up after 1 hour late,on arrival we get good food taste but starters and main course was served in 3 hours timeframe and portion was like kids size definitely not enough to fill you if you’re adult.”
